INVITATION

To Writers ,Poets, Translators, Publishing Houses                           

                                                                                   

 On behalf of Vietnam Writers’ Association I have the honour to invite you to attend  the 4^th International Conference introducing & promoting Vietnamese literature  and the 3third International Poetry Festival , which will be held in February 16 to 20, 2019 in Hanoi, Halong Bay( one of the 7 world heritage Wonders) and some other historical cultural relics. At the same time, poet will attend 17^th Day of Vietnamese Poetry which will be held at Literature Temple in Hanoi and recite poems in front of thousands people love poetryin this solenm event.

More hundreds of poets, translators, publishing Houses in the world had attended the previous International Conferences & Poetry Festivals and made  deep impressions at the same time made contributions to develop the world poetry for peace  friendship between the Nations.

 For that purpose Vietnam Writers Association invites you to attend these very important events. If you agree to attend, please send us the following informations:

1. Bio CV, photo and scanned passport

2. Please email the speech in English (not longer 3000 words) content :Your interest to Vietnam country and people, about problems and challenges for cultural exchanges.

3. 5 poems included 2 poems writing about Vietnam. Vietnam Writers’ Association will preside over the prize for best poems during this event.

4.The expense of international travel should be covered by yourselves, and all relevant accommodation expenses upon arrival will be paid by Vietnam Writers’ Association.
